Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a separate notification when it ships.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by product and fulfillment source:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Many products in our catalog ship free within the U.S. — the rate applied to your specific items will be shown clearly before you complete your purchase. International shipping rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include shipment tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. We use 17TRACK to consolidate tracking across all carriers and shipping origins — track your shipment at 17track.net.

Alaska & Hawaii

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges and extended delivery times beyond the standard estimates above. Contact us before ordering if you have questions about rates or availability.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. Please be aware that:

Customs, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not always included in our shipping charges.
Delivery times for international orders are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance delays.
Some products may be restricted from shipment to certain countries due to supplier or carrier limitations. If an item cannot be shipped to your destination, we will notify you promptly.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order appears lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged:

Check your tracking link first — some shipments show a gap in scans before final delivery.
Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will open a case with the carrier or supplier and work to resolve it promptly.

Darkline Auto Design is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs hold, or circumstances outside our control; however, we will advocate on your behalf to resolve any issues.
