DARKLINE AUTO DESIGN — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all included hardware and documentation.

To initiate a return, visit your account at account.darklineautodesign.com or contact us at usa_tom_allen@darklineautodesign.com. Do not ship items back without prior authorization — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label with instructions on where to send your package.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:

  • Electrical components (wiring harnesses, controllers, sensors) that have been installed or powered on
  • Custom or special-order parts built to your specifications
  • Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us after delivery with photos and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Exchanges We do not process direct exchanges. Return your original item and place a new order for the correct part once your return is accepted.

No Restocking Fee We do not charge a restocking fee on any eligible return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add additional days beyond that. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at support@darklineautodesign.com

European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, without justification. This right applies to consumers only (not business or trade purchases).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires at: support@darklineautodesign.com

Items must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the return, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Return shipping costs for EU withdrawal returns are covered by Darkline Auto Design — we will provide a prepaid return label upon approval.
