What's Covered

Warranty terms — including duration, covered defects, and exclusions — are determined by each manufacturer. Coverage details are typically included with your product or available on the manufacturer's website. Common coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation.

What's Not Covered

Most manufacturer warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, off-road abuse beyond intended use, modifications, or normal wear and tear.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

1. Locate your order number and proof of purchase.
2. Note the product name, SKU, and a description of the defect.
3. Contact us through our Contact page and we'll coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
4. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
